Policy RS4a: Green Separation Zone
In line with RCC’s Review of Important Open Spaces 2012 (point 3.4) and the Landscape Character Assessment, this Plan will enforce a Green Separation Zone (GSZ) between the southern Planned Limits of Development and the southern parish boundary to preserve the rural setting of the parish (See Figure 7.7). Thus development of any kind, residential or non-residential, temporary or permanent, within the GSZ is prohibited.
